How long does shipping take?
Delivery takes between 3-5 working days from the time of despatch, with a 1-2 day processing time in our warehouse. During a sale period, please allow additional processing time for your order to be despatched.
In addition, please be aware that there could be delivery delays from the shipping carriers during the holiday period due to the a high volume of parcels, which BOTH has no control over.
Can I return an item I bought on sale?
All sale items purchased with a 50% or higher discount, will be final sale and are non-returnable/ non-exchangeable/ non-refundable.
Any items purchased during a promotional period lower than a 50% discount can only be exchanged for a different size or colour.
During a sale period, we are unable to make any changes to your order. Please make sure the correct style and size is selected prior to checkout.
How do I return an order?
