Our footwear generally follows standard European sizing (EU).

• Standard Fit: We recommend checking the "Size Guide" on our official website to select the appropriate EU size based on your foot length in centimeters (CM).
• Platform/Oversized Styles (e.g., GAO Series): Due to the generous design of these outsoles, if you are between sizes or have a narrower foot shape, we generally recommend sizing down. Please refer to the specific size advice on each product page before purchasing.

Standard sport sneakers usually run slightly small, whereas both utilizes standard European dress-shoe lasts.

• Sizing Tip: We recommend that you do not directly compare your US sneaker sizes. The most accurate method is to check the JP size (in centimeters/CM) on your athletic sneakers. For example, if your foot length corresponds to 26cm, choose EU41 directly from our official size chart.
• Note: Chunky silhouettes (like the GAO EVA series) have a more spacious interior. If your centimeter measurement falls exactly on a half-size, we recommend opting for the size down.

Because our footwear extensively incorporates our exclusive vulcanized natural rubber process, daily maintenance is effortless. If there are stains on the outsole or rubber elements, simply wipe them gently with a soft, damp cloth and a touch of mild, neutral soap. To preserve the high-end texture of our rubber, avoid using harsh chemical solvents or machine washing.

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the items are in their original, unworn, unwashed condition, complete with all original packaging (including shoe box, tags, dust bags, etc.).
